Shipping & Returns


As a new business, we only ship to UK Mainland at this time.


Royal Mail First Class (signed for) UK Mainland delivery costs £6.50. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel the next working day, after dispatch, with this service. Orders must be placed before 12.00 noon on a working day (there are no deliveries on a Sunday).


Royal Mail 2nd Class (signed for) UK Mainland delivery costs £3.95. Royal Mail will aim to deliver your parcel within 2-3 working days, after dispatch, with this service.  

Aromessence aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders over £75.00 in a single transaction are free of shipping charges. 

Please note: any orders placed during a bank holiday may not be processed until the next working day.


Highlands, Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man or Isle of Wight may take up to 7 working days.

We do not have current shipping terms to the Channel Islands at this time although, if required, please contact.



Upon receipt of your order, please thoroughly inspect the package(s) for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. If the item is damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping provider immediately. You will need to bring the entire package to your local post office and follow their instructions. Please keep all packaging as proof.

Returns must be made within 30 days of date of purchase and are the responsibility of the customer. Authorisation must be confirmed by uk-aromessence before a credit or exchange can be issued (call 020 3239 5339, or e-mail ) for return details. If eligible for a credit, the customer will receive the credit and return postage costs will be covered by uk-aromessence with our instructions. All credits will be charged back to the card used for the purchase. 

Returned and exchanged items should be returned via a traceable method through our arrangement. Any items returned without any means of tracking or delivery confirmation are unauthorised. Items must be returned in full, unused and in original packaging. cannot be returned or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale, discontinued and out of stock items cannot be returned or exchanged. Customer must include a copy of the order confirmation with all returns and exchanges noted.

Credit will be issued once item is returned in its original condition (condition subject to review by an Aromessence Customer Service Representative). Please allow 3-5 business days from the day the item is returned for the credit to be issued.

Exchanges are only to be made for like items (e.g., same aroma, same size). Exchanged items will not be shipped until the item is returned to Aromessence in its original condition.
